elt-pics-city1.jpgHow do I get to your church?

Our church building is located at 3718 - 8th Street East in Saskatoon. We are located across from Zellers and Tim Horton's by the Circle Centre Mall.

Where do I go?

There are several entrances to our building. If you visit us during the week, use the "office" door which is located in the southeast part of the building. For Sunday services there are three additional entrances; the main entrance off Moss Avenue, the entrance that serves the Overflow parking (on the lawn) and the Christian Education entrance facing Elim Lodge.

Where do my kids go?

On your first Sunday visit you'll need to register your child. That's done at the Welcome Centre located in the main lobby area. From there you'll be directed to your child's class.

What are worship services like?

There are several elements to our Sunday morning worship service; congregational singing (as a newcomer there is no pressure to sing along, though the words are projected on a screen for your participation), an offering (feel free to let the plate go by) and a message based on a passage from the Bible. From time to time there is communion and Believer's water baptism. The 8:30 am service is held in the intimate setting of the chapel (located off the main lobby) and utilizes the hymns of years past. The 9:30 and 11:15 am services are held in the main auditorium and run for approximately 75 minutes.

What do I wear?

Our church is a diverse family that doesn't put emphasis on what a person wears. Come as you are.

Can I meet a Pastor?

We would love the opportunity to meet you. Fill out a Connection Card in the pew and put it in the offering. One of our pastors will contact you in a week.

How do I become a member?

Get to know us by attending Sundays and getting involved in one or more of the various ministries/programs. Watch the bulletin for the Elim 101 class offered a couple of times a year. You'll attend the class and then can apply for membership.
